CNP Technologies Acquires StormWood Technologies
Strategic Addition Expands CNP’s Home Market, Sales and Technical Staff
CHARLOTTE, NC, April 27, 2015 – CNP Technologies, LLC announced today that it has acquired Atlanta, GA based StormWood Technologies. StormWood Technologies was a full service network integration company that designed, deployed and supported “turn-key” solutions including; IP Telephony, Video Conferencing, Data Networks, Virtualization, and Disaster Recovery for a wide range of enterprise customers. This acquisition consists of customers, employees and operations throughout the Southeast.
